316L Surgical Steel Curved barbell is the standard size 14 gauge 3/8". The 8mm bottom ball has a press set sapphire blue gemstone. The top ball is steel. The design slides down the curved barbell, then you thread the ball into place. The design cups the inside part of the top ball, allowing the fairy to hang in front of the belly button.
