I honestly love this charm, it's so beautiful and well done. All of there's bracelets are Lovely and beautifully done. Since I did purchase 5 of my favorite Alex and Ani bracelet and put them all on. They look beautiful.  I honestly don't know what's going on. But the main charm has a round plastic to cover the cross and the plastic just came off!! Just another disappointment....
